Machine Features

A. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the lathe body is stabilized and will not be deformed forever.

B. Three axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail with high precision. Z axis adopts imported Taiwan made ball screw, so high precision and long life time using are assured.

C. Yaskawa servo system and reducer to make sure speed and stability. YASKAWA servo motors runs smoothly, no vibration phenomenon even in low speed and has overload ability,servo is more reliable and better than stepper.

D. X and Y axis is transmitted by helical rack and pinion. This makes the machine work faster and has larger cutting force compared with ball screw transmission.

E. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/ucancam/artcam, etc.

F. This machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure and it can estimate the processing time.

G: Manual/automatic oil-injection system allows the machine maintenance mush easier.

       1. Do you offer training about products?

Yes, we can assign technician arrive at your company for the training at some charge, and accommodation, food, tickets will be charged.

        2. Are there any machine in my area I can observe?

Igoldencnc have machines at many countries, if there is our machine in your country, we can contact the customer to arrange a visit for you.

        3. How do you make the machine to cut parts? Is it easy?

CNC Controller, the motion control software we use, is based on standard G-codes. The G-codes provide a source code comprised of inches and axis movements which can be edited and understood by others. Most CAM packages will generate G-codes from the drawings you create. What you need is to create program from CAM software.

        4. I am new to CNC, how difficult are your machines to operate?

We help a lot of beginners in CNC, if you have a reasonable knowledge of computers and are willing to spend a little time learning it is not that bad. Quite often when we sell a machine we send the manual and CD's out before the machine is ready for the customer to read ahead.

         5. I want a size that you don`t make as standard, is this possible?

Absolutely, we design and manufacture everything ourselves and indeed do many custom builds, see custom made cnc router.

         6. How do you send your CNC wood router?

They are firstly greased thouroughly and packaged in a free-fumigation wooden crate. At OMNI™ we strive to make your buying experience as convenient as possible. We work directly with shipping companies to ensure the best price for the shipment and we pass those savings on to you. Please notify salesperson at the time of your quote request if you wish to arrange for your own shipping method.

 

Usually, we send machine by ship, sometimes, as customer's requirement, send by air or by train. When the goods arrive at your sea port or destination, you can pick up goods with the bill of lading we offered. Or we can arrange the cargo agent to send goods to your door.

 

Under FOB/CIF term, you could assign your own cargo agent to clear customs and pick up goods at sea port warehouse, under DDP/DDU term, we could arrange goods at your door. Please notice that the truck drivers are not required to assist you with unloading the machinery.

 

It's your responsibility to move it into your shop. In most cases a forklift will be required.
